Hybe India today announced its partnership with Indian film star Rashmika Mandanna for the Hybe India Audition: Final Call campaign, encouraging young women to take part in the extended round of its nationwide talent search for a next-generation global girl group.As one of India’s most recognisable stars, Mandanna joins the campaign to inspire young women across the country to take the first step toward pursuing their ambitions on the global stage।
Through a special campaign video released alongside the partnership, she reflects on her own journey and shares a message of encouragement with aspiring talent considering the opportunity.“Every journey begins with an opportunity and the courage to take that first step,” said Mandanna in the video. “When I look back at my own journey, I know how much it takes to keep believing in yourself, working hard and saying yes to possibilities।

Hybe India Audition: Final Call launched on September 2 following a strong response to the initial round earlier this year, which drew applications from across India and the Indian diaspora in 116 countries।

The company is now bringing the audition to eight additional cities across India as it seeks to discover and nurture locally rooted artists with the potential to resonate with audiences worldwide.Online applications for Hybe India Audition: Final Call will remain open until October 31, 2026।
The audition is open to female participants born between 2005 and 2011, with talent categories including vocals, rap, dance, acting and modelling।
The initiative is presented in collaboration with Kia India, Nongshim and Project B.।
